Return Policy

Effective October 15, 2026.

30-day return requests

Request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Email service@eravinto.com with your order number and reason before posting the parcel. We will explain the next steps. Keep proof of postage and use a trackable service where possible.

Condition

For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused, in its original condition, with supplied components and packaging where reasonably available. You may inspect the item as allowed by applicable law. Do not include passports, identity documents or personal belongings with a return.

This is the registered business and return address in China. International return postage may be substantial. Email before sending so your parcel can be matched to the order.

Who pays postage?

For a personal preference or change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return shipping. Original standard or expedited charges are normally not refundable for a change-of-mind return, except where applicable law requires otherwise. For an incorrect, damaged or defective item, contact us with a description and photographs where possible; we will agree an appropriate remedy and responsibility for reasonable return costs based on the situation and applicable rights.

Refunds

After we receive the return, we will inspect it and process approved refunds within 10 business days. Refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. We will explain any rejected or reduced refund; statutory rights remain unaffected. If a refund has not appeared after the provider's usual processing period, contact us.

Exchanges & cancellation

Email to discuss an exchange. Availability and any price difference will be confirmed before proceeding; a return and a new order may be the practical solution. For cancellation, contact us promptly before dispatch. We cannot guarantee cancellation once processing or shipping has progressed.

Your legal rights

This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods and any withdrawal or refund rights that apply where you live. Mandatory legal timelines take precedence where they differ.
