Good to know before you go.
Which passport cover should I choose?
Start with the color and closure design you prefer. Review the individual listing, and ask us about fit if your passport or other document has a particular size. We do not claim universal fit or RFID protection.
Are the images photographs of verified stock?
Product images are AI-generated design visualizations. Screens may show colors differently. Background props, passports, tickets, bags, and accessories are not included unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.
Where do you deliver?
Our store currently accepts delivery orders for the United States. Available services and final charges are displayed at checkout.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $5.99 for a discounted merchandise subtotal below $50 and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping is $7.99. Prices are in USD.
How long will an order take?
Allow 5–10 business days for processing plus 10–15 business days after dispatch for standard transit: normally 15–25 business days combined. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Expedited delivery has no unverified promised arrival date.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email promptly with your order number. We will check whether the request can be made before dispatch; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has progressed.
How do returns work?
Email within 30 days of delivery before posting a return. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is your responsibility. Contact us for damage or a wrong item so we can agree the appropriate remedy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return, with bank posting time additional.
How should I care for a cover?
Follow any care instructions supplied with the item. Keep it dry, avoid excessive heat and overfilling, and test any cleaning method on an inconspicuous area. A cover does not replace document safety precautions.
