Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026.

Our store

Eravinto is operated by Hangzhou Shanfan Huiyuan Technology Co., Ltd., at Room 4836, No. 2, Wuchaoshan, Shima Community, Liuxia Street, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. The owner contact is Xu Ziqi. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases, subject to mandatory consumer protections.

Using the website

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate checkout and contact details. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, infringe others' rights, or submit malicious content. Where required, you must have legal capacity to make a purchase or obtain appropriate permission.

Product information & images

Our range concerns passport covers and travel document organization. Generated product images are design visualizations; props and documents shown in scenes are not included. Color can vary by display. Do not infer materials, dimensions, universal fit, RFID blocking, waterproofing or certification unless explicitly confirmed. Ask us before ordering if a feature is essential. We do not knowingly substitute image presentation for verified performance information.

Prices & payment

Prices are displayed in USD. Shipping and applicable checkout taxes are shown before payment. Available payment methods appear at checkout. Prices may change for future orders. If a material listing or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you about a correction or cancellation and refund any payment due; your mandatory rights are preserved.

Orders & cancellation

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request and does not guarantee availability or dispatch. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled or requires clarification. Any cancellation and refund will be handled fairly and according to applicable law. Contact us promptly for requested changes; we cannot guarantee changes once processing or shipping has progressed.

Delivery & returns

Our Shipping Policy and Return Policy explain charges, estimated timeframes and returns. Processing and transit are separate periods. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Document care & safe use

Keep passports secure, dry and accessible to officials. Do not overload a cover, leave it unattended, or rely on it as an anti-theft or certified protective device. Remove the passport when officials ask. Follow the supplied care instructions. Never send sensitive passport details through our contact form.

Intellectual property & third parties

Website branding, original copy and design content are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Do not reproduce them commercially without permission. Third-party links and services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms; a link does not imply endorsement.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy for how information is collected and used, and Privacy Choices for available controls.

Responsibility

We take reasonable care in operating the store. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for losses unrelated to a breach by us or for events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, remedies for faulty goods, or mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Courts with competent jurisdiction at the company's location may hear disputes, subject to any mandatory right to bring proceedings in your place of residence and any consumer protections applicable to you. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.

Changes

Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date. The terms applicable to an accepted purchase remain subject to the law and the terms communicated for that order.
